Once we’re aligned on the scope, I’ll issue an invoice for full upfront payment to secure your booking. From there, the creative process begins.

The Creative Process

1. Composition & Concept Direction

Every illustration begins with a carefully constructed 3D layout to define the overall composition, perspective, and key elements.

You’ll receive several perspective options to review and choose from.

Please note: Once the angle is approved, it becomes the foundation for the entire piece and cannot be changed later in the process.

2. Illustration & Rendering

Using a refined mixed-media approach, I create bespoke visualizations that balance precision and atmosphere.

Each piece is composed by integrating custom-drawn elements with carefully curated textures, lighting, and design references to evoke a sense of depth, tone, and narrative.

3. Completion & Delivery

Illustrations are typically completed within 7 business days, following receipt of all necessary materials.

Final artwork is delivered via email in JPEG, PNG, PDF, or TIFF formats at 400 dpi.

Standard sizes include A3 and A4, with larger formats available upon request (subject to additional costs).

4. Revisions

Two rounds of light refinements are included, such as:

✓ Adjustments to color or lighting

✓ Minor changes to accessories or decorative details

Extensive revisions—such as altering the perspective or reworking the layout—may incur additional fees.

Facade Elevation — starting at €500

Exterior Illustration — starting at €900
Hospitality, Retail & Public Spaces — starting at €700

Details & Conceptual Design

Custom Furniture & Decor — starting at €200
Mixed Media Visualization (photo + illustration) — starting at €400
Visual Concepts for Commercial Projects (set design, retail windows, event decor) — starting at €700

Please note: As a Netherlands-based entrepreneur, I follow standard VAT regulations:

• 21% VAT applies to clients in the Netherlands

• EU clients with a valid VAT number may be billed without VAT (reverse charge)

• No VAT is applied to clients outside the EU
